Few days Back i visited Bahria, I think Price has come down due to Malik Riaz scam, there are Plots available in each Block and each line, dealers are trying to get benefit of this situation, i think a good plot in sector C Kanal Can be found in 40 to 44 lac.
Bahria Lahore is developed society and should not have big Impact of Malik Riaz cases , the Only issue to me is Distance and No Construction Penalty. [1.5 Lac Per Year for 10 to 20 merla]
No load shedding Premium Does not Look a Factor here and near by well developed Sukh chayn gardens also have almost same Price.

jameel is the guy who did not invest in Bt at the right time and now he is blowing steam, due to MR's cases as his weapon. It is very obvious that what ever he says about the rates, one can confirm them by calling any dealer by asking to get a plot for 44 lacs. Shame. |

jameel y dont you go to Al-falah Plaza, the BT construction consultancy and approval place. You will see how many people come to start construction on a daily basis. |
