Dear one contractor also gave me rate of 2500 on turn key basis and in end he raised to 2900 on name of extra work done.IF you get honest contractor"..........it's blessing.warna ghat banana shareef aadmika Kama nah in.they always give you hard time.this money does not included even fan,door phone,ac,anything.I am also ictimof this.and request to publish builders of good reputation and work at this site.names and companies.

The contractor was probably living on the moon! The maximum rate for A++ Luxury work should not exceed Rs 2000 /ft2 And it includes everything no separate charges for extra works! Standard charges in lahore these days are between Rs/sft for A grade construction |

Thanks to all for helping and giving comments but some of my brothers understand the question wrongly. The first three rates given by the contractor (chunaii, plaster marble/tiles) are quoted for outside the covered area. Off course for the covered area these rates will not be sperately charged. shades and terrace floor are included in the covered area. Nothing else. |

Yes sir, Mr. Shahzad URF Mr. Maqsood, is most probably the religious and honest builder himself, is obviously from a reputable family and trust worthy. that is why he is offering navafil for getting the best work done out of him. The only thing is that he has one email account for many names, but that is his choice. Kudos to you Mr. Shahzad urf Mr. Maqsood. All we need is a few more religious and honest builders like yourself and the Muslim Ummah will go straight to heaven. |
