Dear All, Happy Eid to you in advance. I have concern about DHA Valley status. Since living and working in KSA, we invested our hard earned saving in DHA Valley, and now we are hearing that the whole project is in doubt because of Dam in the area. I have two plots in Lotus and Lily, I would like to know from my countrymen, what is happening??
Some people on this forum are saying that authorities are paying back the money but only 80% of what we have paid. Is it True?
Please Advice..

mr sawan your plot is not worth more than 6,50000 all dues clear its very ordinary location.

Dear Ali,

You should visit DHA Valley site yourself before I and other people suggest you. In my honest opinion DHA Valley is not a feasible project anymore due to land scams and DAM issue so try to get out of this project but again visit the site and see for yourself before making any decision else some people will declare me as a broker...
