G-16 is very good but go for the developed plots only where you can get possession because there are some pockets of land where society doesn't own the land even in Phase-I (G-16/4 and a part of G-16/3), so be careful. ZK replied on Tuesday, August 21, 2012 05:02 PM

i guess you are right, but where roads etc have been laid, it is ownership. but before buying a plot one must confirm from the appropriate person in the society office (now onsite) the status of land. Prices are rapidly increasing for developed/semi developed plots in this Sec that are increasing on monthly basis due to construction of some houses. availability of all sizes of plots from 856 sq yds to 5m is a plus point. |

Can anyone advice on the prices in G-15 (35 * 70 plot or per marla)? |
