Dear Hasan Raza & other property experts,
I have a 10 marla plot (3931) in Y block DHA Lahore Phase 7 alloted in recent ballot. Is it possible to sell this plot and may be buy a 5 marla ready for construction and living plot at DHA lahore in same price? I would apprceciate ur help.

5 Mrla ready for Constuction Plot say in Phase 5 B and D Block will be about 35 Lac, I dont Know how much you can sell this 10 Merla Plot I guess Not more than 25 |

Yes you are right. THe price range is apprx. 25-27 lacs and phase 5 is slightly out of range. What abt phase 6. are there any 5 marla options?
