How is if one buy a parkview balloted plot in phase 7 from investment purpose . Approx 45 lac.

not a good idea
its to wait another 5 years at least.
dha 7 is huge ,it will take ages to populate .dha 8 will densly populate before 7 .
by that time price of 7 & 9 will be equal. |
