Is Y-3322 from Parkview quota?
When the possession/development work expected for this part of Y-block in DHA 7?
I have one plot already in Y-block, please suggest if this is good time to buy or to sell as I might be interested to sell mine if this is good time to sell or suggest me if its good time to buy for investment for two years than I might be interested to buy this?
What would be total transfer charges for this 10 marla plot including your commission?

it is highly advised to get rid of this plot /any plot in phase 7 new ballott against pv file .it will take 7 years to develop ,better invest somewhere else .
even today phase 7 proper needs 1-2 more year for develpment n possession . |
