Eden Gardens Extention near Ferozepur Road,

Hi all.

Can someone advise me on the following.

I bought two plots one in Engineer Town (IEP) 1 Kanal in D3 Block and 2nd one in DHA Rahber Town Phase 2 Block H 5 Marlas. Unfortunately I have also booked one 5 Marlas plot in Eden Gardens Extention near Ferozepur Road last year.

I do not live in Pakistan and have not much update of property in Lahore Pakistan but I know the Eden Gardens one was not a right decision because I have Paid almost all the big installments rufly 4,oo,000 but someone told me that they have not yet started the development, also the IEP town is slow.

Can someone give me sincere advise that shall I keep the IEP @ DHA one or sale it and invest somewhere else. I know I cant sale the Eden gardens one.
