Expansion of a Govt School,

We, a group of Pakistanis have made a small organization to help govt schools in Pakistan. We have done some projects at a few schools.

Now we have to build two additional class rooms at a girls school in Lahore. It will be standard size classrooms on ground floor. One door and 1 to two windows each room, some lights and 2 fans each room. Can you give an idea how much will be the cost per sq ft as this is simple construction with no plumbing and no fittings.
