Aoa all members,
Yesterday i have visited the scheme gulshan e lahore which is adjacent to wapda town.I want to know its market value of 1 kanal plots in that society.its small but good society.i want your comments on this society and kindly if any one knows its market value then share your views.

I have seen that small mediocre society with good location rough idea is 40 to 45 depending upon location, Here mostly plots are small pay special attention to vacinity of Nallah, In this area valancia is mainly steering the price , visit valencia and Nasheman 1 as well if you are buyer. Both are more recommended. |

Good society for investment as well as for building home.price of 1 kanal is round about 45 lac. |
