Mr Waseem C, F,J,H,M Blocks in LDA EVE1 are good. K,L blocks are not considering good. D blocks is an average block. A, B blocks have lots of litigation issues. If your intention is to buy 1 kanal plot then you go to F,H blocks. These two blocks consist on mostly 1 kanal plots.
Normal one kanal plot is between 30 to 38 lacs. on 150 feet road one can get one kanal plot between 70 to 80 lacs.

Wajhi if i am not wrong plots on f and h block on 40 feet road is approx
24-30 lac on 40 feet road and 30-40 lac on 60 or 100 feet road.You have told them little higher than its original price |

KHAN bhai no 1 kanal plot in F, H blocks is less than 28 lacs. good location plot on 40 feet rood cost you 28 to 38 lacs. As you mentioned on wider road price get more higher. on back of main 150 feet road plots prices are more than 40 lacs. |
