Dear Experts,
I want to buy 10 marla plot in DHA 8 (Park View)in Oct 2012 (at my visit to Pakistan) and want to start construction right after purchase, what is approx price of average plot there and if somebody knows any good company there in Pakistan for house construction, please let me know, I learned from this forum that average construction cost in lahore is Rs. 1800/sqft.
Need your advise.

Their are total about 150 plots of 10 marla in block-c (extension) and many of them are converted to houses, so the price is very high, about 50-60 lac. My humble suggession is instead of going for 10 marla @ 50-60 lac, you can have one kanal plot at block-G @ about 70-75 lac. Just think on that. |
