For long term which is the better investment two files
Of phase 9 or one plot on ground in phase 7.

phase 9 wont be develop before 2030.how long u want to invest 20 years

What a stupd reply by shakir. Please go for 2 files of phase 9. I earned profit of 10 lac I. One year on one file. Balloting is in foreseeable future. Just arond ballot sell it, hope u can get 7-10 lac on one file. As for development , expectEd time for stArt is around 2014/15. U are looking for profit and not for house construction I belive.

On the long run there is no better choice except two files of DHA Phase 9.
