Can some body advise what are the future potentials of behria sector C commercial plots. There are almost 300-500 plots sitting middle of now where. What will be the best case scenario

brother the only way a person is successful in his investment is when he thinks positive and stays positive, u seem like a guy who is negative about this investment, i advise u to stay away.

If you just calculate percentage rental returns, these are highest for Bahria. This reflects that still there is still a lot of room for prices to go up.

Also, i agree that there has to be significant number of houses or potential hinterland, which is the case with Bahria Sector C that is surrounded by lots of houses. Infact Bahria Sector C has become commercial hub for all the related activities even for surrounding housing societies.

This is my opinion, you may go visit the area and get a feel for yourself.

yaar this is a dead investment i think people should invest their hard earned money in other societies like nfc2 and jublee town and izmeer. bt is nothing compared to these projects.
