i bought the 27 marla commercial plot in johar town, I would like to ask how much will be the construction cost for making Basement +GF+1+2+3. I would like to get rates from developers , very high quality and medium and least quality.
Also Advise me experienced people that shall I give to offices the flats once developed or shall I make residencial flats.
What will be the Best design to utlize this property to its maximum potential.

It is a 27 Marla commercial for commercial plaza, so I think ships on the basement and ground and offices on 1 2 3 floies |
