Salam to all respected members,
I want to know about the society named valancia.i want to know its price of 1 kanal plots and more over i want to know-- which block is at good location and cost of plot on main 150 feet,100 feet,60 feet road.

It's a good society with good potential, more so with the new direct access it's convenient to approach

Out Of DHA it is one of Good Choices, especially for Those who want to live near Shoukat Khanum Hospital area,
Recently an Important access has Opened and Prices increased by 5 to 8 Lac Per Kanal
Average Locations 48
Below aveage but not bad Plots are 45
Bad Location 40
Good Location Upto 55,
On 100 and 150 Feet Road are only 2 Knal Plots and range fron 100 to 130 Lac
You may Find Kanal on 60 Feet Road and Price will be 50 to 55
Best Blocks are A,A1 B and L, L1[Due to Valaencia Homes]
Below average is J [I Dont Know why but there is a unpopulated grave Yard there stay awat from Boundary]
Rest C,E, etc are Average.
Some People also Consider west Bounady as bad there is Nallah , Pls stay away at least 500 meters From Nallah it will help in resale

Thanks Ahmed for sharing with us this info, As I mentioned earlier Correct worth estimation is very important for best bargain purchase, especially for overseas who want to finalize the deal in few weeks. I appreciate your input,
@Valencia you may see the map on same page lower down and you will see which Blocks U an get Kanal on 60 feet Roads I am sure there are few Plots Like this, This is another question you find any at good rate in market.
