i visited Valencia town Lahore in these Eid leaves and met property agents. the 1 kanal plot prices are cheaper in J block i.e. around 40 to 45 lac. But the prices in A and A2 blocks are around 55 to 60. Rest the range is from 50 to 60 in other blocks i.e. B,E etc

As per my assessment these prices are correct and price has risen recently I was also there in pakistan one month back and noticed this differene as compared to last year.
The reason can be more Population or opening up of the new access on major high way going to shoukat khanum
not many years back I bought a plot in B Block in 30
