Initially the 5 kanal farm house price was 16,000,000. Now dealers are offering at 12,500,000 i guess.
It will at least take 5 yrs to develop. And the price is still very high which must come down.
Its developed by Jammu kashmir society which does not put in good infrastructure and tries its best to cut costs for their mere greed
