Izmir is better with respect to main canal road approach, near to motorway and ringroad after its completion. Enviorement is excelent, only 1 and 2 kanal cutting except 1 small block of 10 marla. some no of farm houses are there, security is good, no village within or outside society, almost 40-50% population there and lot of construction activity there.
I will advise you to visit personaly these two societies and decide yourself,
price has already increased by 8-10 lacs in just 1 year but still prices are reasonable if we compare to nearby good society, EME where rates are very higher |
