Legally last Allotment Letter which in in name of Last owner is Ok, However when U make deal definitely the previous owner gives you that copy and original is taken by Society,
Some People Keep Full File from 1st Allotment to current. And feel more satisfied with that, Ideally every thing in Society File and they are Obliged to Give copies to you on your written request, If You are owner.
I Got some Important copies after a Purchase from society office without any bribe etc. {it was valencia]
In an LDA purchase I was Fortunate enough to get full file from seller.
In another Purchase in LDA I also had Full File, and at the time of Transfer LDA asked to give me copies of all installments Paid by Ist Owner, I was Fortunate enough to get it from previous owner but I believe that this was only Tactics by Corrupt LDA admin to get Money as I understand not many people were able to produce such receipts which were paid 10 ys back at differt timings in different banks, only last Clarence letter should be enough.
I still recommend most inexperienced buyers to buy though an honest agent who an guide you what else more than allotment letter is must.
Thanks to This web site and CMY I got a lot of experience here and also was generous to share,
At the same time I would encourage others to open up with their experience and share you can still maintain your privacy my mixing information. to me its good deed and can help fellows to avoid lifelong litigation. Lahore123 replied on Wednesday, August 29, 2012 12:51 PM
Is it necessary to get copy of allotment letter from the owner or just its simply a piece of paper after transfer. If some one have only transfer letter (after transfer to the name of transfree) Will it be ok to proof the ownership of plot of (2nd person). |
