DHA Phase 9 One Kanal File,

Dear all Friends

I have a one Kanal allocation file in DHA Phase 9 Lahore. I am a white collar/ex retired Banker and bought this file only with the motive that my son could build a house upon that keeping in view their means or sell it in good amount.
Please advise that should i dispose this file and purchase 10 Marla Plot in DHA Phase 7 (real possession) or some other option. I have budget of this file amount * 10 Lacks.

Good idea Go forward but in DHA Phase 7 plots r not ready for possession. In other phases prices r higher than ur budget. Better u go for State life or sui gas societies, near to DHA

Important questions is what price did you buy it for. In any case better wait for balloting prices always shoot up after balloting.From now on better buy only possession plots even if t means buying 5 marla plot or buy a small house, you can get financing for house purchase, the rent can pay off the loan installment.

i sell my file in 28 lac becuz i bought it in 15 lac ,now i buy a file of dha ph 7 10 marla considering it will b on ground far b4 ph 9 ,rest on the money i invest in my business i believe the ppl who bought there file in 15 to 18 lac its very good time to sell there file as its a very long term investment i dont think considering ground reality ,file cant move up further its very diff for file to cross 30 in this year at least
