Shakir sahib - you are totally wrong. In academic field there do not exist any degree by the name of CCA and MB. There does exist CA (Chartered Accountant) and MBA (Master of Business Administration. I will reiterate my stance that in real estate business CCA stands for Central Commercial Area and MB (Main Boulevard).
