I think you should seriously consider the DHA Lahore Phase 7 Plot of 10 Marla. Because in 2013 DHA will start giving Possessions for at least 1Kanal
starting Sectors from P to u. And for 10 Marlas in mid 2014,and Phase 9 will be not finish in Year 2030 that is for sure. Because i Bought in Phase 7 1-Kanal in January 2007 and now al most 2012 is about to finish. And if you medium Budget then you can go for Valencia ready made house 10 marla 10 to 15 years Old for Rs. 60 or 65 Lacs. am also working in the Bank in Kuwait. But now i am planning to build house Inshahallah in 2013/2014. Also i have 10Marla Plot in Phase 7 giving its Development Charges.
