This guy is trying to sell his store from last six months. Why?
1) Is his demand is not according to market?
2) Or nobody is there to buy it? So what about other DHA property?

i think keeping in views current economical disaster, this store is running in loss, as 48 thouseands is only monthly rent, apart of elec bill, water bills, gas bills, employee salaries,i think all these expenditure r roughly one and half lakhs monthly, its mean this store is totally flop
this should be one of the reason to put on sale

He is not interested in selling it, he is just enjoying. if you llok at the previous posts once he gets some offer then he increased the price and place the add again. Keep enjoying it.

Its not the matter of confidence buying in DHA, Its matter of nobody want to invest money any where in this situation. The kind of business he has i think it is very good business. Because Commodity business is the best business in the world this is recently every body observed from Financial crises in the world. I think he mention the Wanted Price of the Store.

First of all this store is for sale from July 2012 (my fist add ) mean not on sale from 6 months.
Mr. Shahid Khan London: Yo have not learnt any lesson from your previous foolish comments .
How you are estimated this in lost , your comments are baseless and wrong.
Regarding rent RS.48,000 . Can any body identify where is less rent DHA Phase 1~3

In my earlier add my store stock was less and due to Ramadan Kareem we increased the stock from 12 to 16 Lac
I am not selling my store on lump sump, all stock can be verified physical and price can be negotiated.

This store i am selling due my self no more in Pakistan.

I wish u get a good deal on that. All these other people just poke their nose in every post. As They dont have the money so they just grudge on anybody who has got something real. These people just express their jealousy and uselessly trying to demotivate u.
Suggest u try some other forums as none of these people has the money for such a deal.
