I have talked to DHA Valley ISB Call Center and even checked with first choice real estate (who collected dha valley money in Dubai on behalf of DHA). Both say that its not official.
They are giving a very legal view that since no letter is issued hence nothing is cancelled. But they donot confirm or deny that something like this is happening. What I think, DHA is planning out some other scheme and as soon as its finalized, DHA would communicate that pending plots would be adjusted in new scheme.
So they will never use the word Cancellation. The word Adjustment seems better.
