That is why sometimes when people like me call them and ask if the remaining blocks are cancelled , DHAI replays not they are not cancelled. as they are adjusted to DHAI phase 3.and when someone goes to some specific person in DHAI management, people get exact information of that these blocks are readjusted in DHA 3 or will be.
It is as DHAI is playing games with the words. until they come up with a plan.
