I wonder how come DHAI is going to sustain such a loss as we all know in case there 10 sectors are cancelled what about the development work they did in these sectors?I know that they were not really developed but lets admit ppl do say that there was some thing going on on slow pace for last 4 years.
some one said that DHA is thinking of launching phase 3 and affecties will be alloted plots over there. Well in that case how long again they will have to wait? and what about the new price of plots? DO they have to pay more as due to inflation?
I saw people getting selfish in the previous comments as they are saying that there should be another ballot as why are people having plots in SO CALLED safe sectors lucky? Well my answer to that is that we all know thoes people also got there plots in thoes sectors by ballot and no one knew 4 years ago that this cancellation thing would come up. So dear friends lets wait and see what Allah has instored for us and lets stop fighting with each other.Who know people getting plots in Phase 3 may get better plots and better scheme as now all the eyes will be on DHAI so they will be very careful while planning and facilitating.

well dha is coming out to be a flop in real estate market in islamabad because people have more secure and better option for using there resources in CDA sectors,
dha n bahria are for dummies who dont want to live in real islamabad ans spending there money in such gated communities and having no return at all |

DHAI got stuck in a supreme court decision to build dhadhucha dam ..... its not their fault
What i believe is that DHA is planning out some other scheme and as soon as its finalized, DHA would communicate that pending plots would be adjusted in new scheme. So I dont think so that any one would loose any money.
What I see that as a nation, we love to comment. Without even bothering that every comment qualifies as an advice and every one would be responsible before Allah for what he/she advises. |

I agree with dha ISB bcos 4years before when I got plot in daffodils block I was not aware what will happen in future |
