still no rise in the price, even its not meeting the break even point, rather its in negative direction but

These five blocks would be in a much better condition most probably till next year. ppl are currently getting annoyed and calling it rumours about the cancellation of remaining blocks. its not the property agents who have created panic , infacts its the dam and land dispute which makes the valley project doubtful. DHA management have to acquire the land from villagers, moreover the dam dispute also affect the situation, in current situation , i personally think that DHA will keep the current neutral statements and when they will have some alternate , they will offer it to the plot holders of cancelled plots. the price in lily and oleander will be high initially as these blocks contains DHA homes , so the worth of plots in these area would be more. rest wait till 2013 |
