i am interested to construct house in pindi islamabad.
please guide mw that what is the range price in DHAI phase 2 proper????
can i be able to take plot in DHAI -2 in 30-35 lak..

also what is the price and future of CBR town
and
F-17 and E-16.
please throw light in detail in my budget so that i can decide easily .

Minimum price in dha islamabad phse 2 is 43 lak for 500 sqyd plot
however 10 Marla can be arround 30-35 Lak,rest islamabd societies are time taking to get developed

f-17 is developed and alot of families are living there, but in this price range u can only get a 10 marla plot.for investment f-17 is all the way gud because this society is close to zone 1(main islamabad) and can gud returns

prefer f-17 or dha depeding upon ur work place ,schools , colleges etc etc but dha is in zone 5 most far flung area and it is not considered islamabad in most cases

i think people should come out of the brand names phobia; DHA has only the name associated with it in islamabad. F 17 has quality, good appproach, brilliant future due to new airport. kashmir highway is getting doubled and road from tarnol to airport is also widening

so no comparion in a year or so time

First of all decide zone.
Priority wise:30-35 lekh options for immediate house construction.

30*75 Bahria 1-6
35*65 DHA-II
50*90 Ex Comners Town Ext Now DHA-II
40*80 CBR Town
40*80 Zaraj

Zone-II
30*60 G-15, 35*70 F-15, 40*80 F-17, 50*90 D-17.

Zone-I
25*40 D-12,G13,G-14/4

E-16 & E-17: Future is v.good . Few houses are under construction. Development standard is good. Lot of work yet to be done i.e water supply, Street lights, Electric cables laying.

CBR Town: Best option for those having less range.Future is good.All facilities are available families are living. very good location surrounded by populated socities i.e
Soan Garden, Bahria Town Phase 6, Ploice Foundation, Pakistan Town Phase II.
F.G School near completion. Mini police station is established.

@Mian Nadeem.
DHA-2 (x commoners)- is possession being given, I was in Pakistan Jan 2012 and this area looked like a ghost town.no work going on, 2-3 houses under construction but I was told that limited utilities are available so not sure how it's Liveable. Please share your thoughts. Also why Zaraj at the bottom of list and why not Bahria ph 7 and 8 in the list?

b. safety and
c. quality of development.
