I need to ask about the updated status of Phase 8. Is there any development started there? If not, when can we expect such there?
Is there any chances of Price increase in Phase 8?

I visited phase 8 on and buy a plot in sec G.Bahria Town Machinery working in some places to make roads and land leveling work.
Construction work is slow in this phase, althoug in sec F1,here fully possession area and BT had given all utilities services but i have not a single house under construction. i think it may be due to worst economical condition of country. overall for investment and residential purpose this phase is good for middle income peoples in low budget ie 5lac to 20lac you can get a plot of 5marla to 10 marla. |

The development of Phase 8 DHA Lahore has begun in start of July 2012 from W Block and now they started work in other block as well.Because of Development work Prices Of Phase 8 is at its Peak now.We will upload latest pic of development work very soon.
