Yes you can buy DHA Lahore Property on your name without traveling to Pakistan.You need two passport size pictures, NIC Copy, Foreign Visa or passport copy, Copy of Exit Stamp Page from Pak and Entrance stamp Page of Foreign country. Your family member, relative or your close friend (holding his own NIC)is needed for transferring file/plot on your behalf. Funds should be in Pakistan at the time of transfer.You will receive allotment letter when you will visit physically DHA Lahore Office
