These days this housing scheme is being advertised
in the leading newspapers.I am interested to know its credebility whether it is adviseable to invest
in this housing scheme or otherwise.Regards

i would strongly not advise... better put money in Naval Anchorage as its reliable with all the facilities in it... plus its closer to islamabad highway/airport compared to gulberg.

You have answered your own question. "being Advertised in leading newspapers". Heavily advertised housing scheme have never been successful. This is what at least I believe and know from the historic record. Better do your on ground research, if at all you want to invest. I will not invest here because of worth Rs. 35 Million of advertisement/promotion. |

Buy on ground plot in Bahria, Zaraj or DHAI. |

No matter what is the scenario n requirement of the requestor u just start promoting Bahria to everybody.
