I am a Pakistani Living abroad with a wish to own a house in Pakistan and also to invest the hardly earnings in the homeland. But, all of my previous struggles got a bad experience, whether invested directly or through trusted ones. But, still my wish is not changed. Can any one advise me, where to buy a house which should be good to live for the education of children and also a safe investment.
My target is Rs. 80 to 90 lakh. Will I-10 be ok, Askari - XIV, Bahria or any other scheme. Will a apartment be good or a House in I-10.
I will appreciate a sincere advise with a price related information

sir please dont consider i-10 ,there are alot more other good sector where u can buy a house according to ur needs.
i-10 is not worth living anymore. |

other good sectors include where u can get 5-8 marla houses are g-10 g-11 e-11 g-13. try buy in main islamabad zone 1 cuz when u want to give them on rent or sale them they will give good returns
houses in small gated communities like askari , bahria which kar out of main islamabad do not have good rental or resale values |

Mr. ZK is under rating Bahria, looks neither visited the area nor has basic information. It is a nice place to live and also has good rental value. Except some old CDA Sectors, it is THE BEST PLACE to live in whole ISB/RWP with matchless excellent security, maintenance & service facilities. My family consumes almost one water bouser daily, you may demand more if required, may call electrician or plumber at anytime day or night around the clock by just paying Rs. 2000/month as service charges. Roads/streets are clean while there is footpath in front of EVERY HOUSE, seeing is believing.
Mr. Overseas Pakistan you can buy a ready to live Defence Villa of size 35x70 ft. from 95 ~ 110 lac which has present rental value of Rs. 35000/month, transfer in DHA but maintenance by Bahria, a joint venture |

One additional plus point, your tenant can not move his household items outside Bahria without NOC from the owner!!! |
