I hope you are fine and doing well. I have a question that after tha transfer of Ex-parkview files to phase 7, DHA gave an option that if someone gives an understaking to "wait till encumberance is clear", then he may retain his file for a plot in phase 8. I have come to know that many people utilized this option.
Do you have any information as what is the fate of such files now?

I think that was not a good option, The Map is showing plots overlying a village settlement, That is less likely to be cleared. |

I decided not to opt for that option and paid the first installment in June.
Clearing village settlement is almost impossible. Even if it does clear it will take many, many, many years, perhaps another 10-15 years. By then, DHA-7 will have 90% houses build already. |
