Friends, I belogs to Jhelum and living abroad but want to buy House or plot for house to settlement mhy family for education purpose only. Range of total investment is Ruppes 9,000,000/-.
Target is minimum 3 be house and maximum 4 bed house, please guide which are will be suitable for my purpose. Area should be between 5 Marla and 10 Marla

Myself also from Jhelum, I will advise you to buy 2 or 3 BR Apartment in G7/G8 Islamabad for your kid education while they will be in pakistan, with remaining balance you can buy plot in KDC Garden in Jhelum (Old KDC PLY WOOD FACTORY replacing with housing scheme), I also bought plot there...

I am also from Jhelum but preferred Lahore to settle keeping education of my kids as prime priority. Lahore has better and affordable options for education compare to Islamabad. For residence purpose, Isd has its own standard and atmosphere. So, first of all you have to define your priority to get better idea of the societies in Lahore /Isd. |

Friends, my priority is Islamabad as my children are small and also ISB is close to Jhelum. Mr. Wajahat's ideas are good but I prefer to buy a independent house insted of going for apartment. KDC Garden do not have direct approach from GT Road instead Satellite Town is in my mind which is going to be launched very soon. This town will have dirct access from GT Road and also will be opposite from University Campus. |
