Friends , I m about to final and close the deal of One Kanal Villa at Defense Raya Golf Resorts
Can experts give some advantages and disadvantages on this choice , want to know some positive and negative points on this choice and need expert comments on this choice

I think this is good for those who want to shift at least after 2 years, it will be posh locality and people will be proud of living here,

Can anyone else confirm the the quality of construction at defence raya? I was thinking of buying a 10 marla house in defence raya, but Adnan's comment about the quality of construction have made me a little suspect. |
