Dear All,
I have budget of Rs 35-45Lac and want to buy 1 Kanal plot near to ISB highway to construct home. Construction will take place after 2-3 years inshallah.
Because of boundry Security and Facilities, i have selected BHT (phase 3-6) and DHAI phase 2.
Can you please advice which option is better in terms of price appretiation, location and reliability ?

DHA2 is like a ghost town now! no super market and no shops to buy any thing ... only 5% ppl are living there. things can not change much for dha2 in 2-3 years so i think you should go for bahria 1-4. |
