I am new to this forum and i found this very much helpful.As i am planning to come back to pakistan by the end of this year and i want to do some investment for the purpose of house construction.Last year i have visited many societies and found some of them good and make a decision to bye a plot in lda avenue 1.I want to know about the latest condition of this society and price range of 1 kanal and 10 marla plots in good blocks (clear block-- litigation free)
plz advise me and guide me if there is some other good option within this range.

why don't you go for the former-Air Avenue (DHA 8), the most beautiful society in Lahore.

What is actual problem with LDA Avenue-I?.

I like this society due to its location and this society contains only
1o Marla and 2o Marla plots. This feature is very attractive to me.

Understand being government owned there are problems but once possession of plots are given it will be best one in Lahore.

No doubt LDA avenue-1 is best society for investment point of view.As LDA sociey has maximum rate of return because residential plots would become commercial property very easily unlike Private societies.GO for it !!
