Bahria Town RWP or DHAI II
Dear All,
I have budget of Rs 35-45Lac and want to buy 1 Kanal plot near to ISB highway to construct home. Construction will take place after 2-3 years inshallah.
Because of boundry Security and Facilities, i have selected BHT (phase 3-6) and DHAI phase 2.
Can you please advice which option is better in terms of price appretiation, location and reliability ?
Due you think the market is down in BT for any purchases ?

Bahria. BT prices gone up so I doubt you will get the deal. You will be only able to get 10 Marla in this price. If you could live in phase-8, you could get possession ready 1 kanal at that price. A really good location 1 kanal plot is being sold in overseas enclave, asking is 42 laca. Might get it for 39-40.
I am also looking for one in overseas but my budget is quite low. |

Go for bahria 1-4 ! it's fully populated with all the facilities... while DHA2 will take 10 years to be fully populated ... it has only 5% people living there now and that too with no supermarkets and shops etc. |
