Kindly assess the market worth of plot near 148-G DHA phase-8 (ex park view) and advise whether to keep it for house construction.

Dear Sir,
145 G has market value of 60 to 63 Lacs.you can consider for house construction if DHA clear all G block Pockets.

I have visited the area 2 weeks earlier, DHA has started constructing boundry wall behind F & G blocks, which means that small pocket of village will be isolated and separated from the DHA area. This place may be a nice one in near future.
