Kindly assess the current market value of the following plots and advise me which of the plot will be better to construct own house.
1. DHA Phase 5 Plot 526 1 K at 70 ft road.
2. DHA Phase 8 Plot 1695 1 K AT 100 ft road.

you do not mention the block of above mentioned plots.Generally Phase 5 is fully developed and populated as well while in phase 8 development has started in July, will be in a position of house construction in 2014.

Please indicate the current price as well for both plots and I intend to start construction in 2013 and block of plots are as follows
1. DHA Phase 5 Plot 526 L Block 1 K at 70 ft road.
2. DHA Phase 8 Plot 1695 T Block 1 K at 100 ft road.

Dear Sir,
T 1695 has market value 75 lacs Approx
L 526 has market value 120 lacs Approx
T 1695 is Facing Commercial Plot and you will not be in a position of house construction in 2013 on the other hand L 526 is good one for house construction. |
