What are the prices of 5 marla double sotrey house of minimum 3-bed in the following sectors
1- G/8
2- G/9
3- G/10
4- I/10
which ares is good for peaceful living with all facilities.

Is water still short in the areas or the probles are solved, if not when will be solved.

i will prefer g-10 and then g-9

g-8 is old now but still going good.
i-10 is overpopulated now , not worth putting your money there.

yes water problem only arised because of no rains in Islamabad region for 2-3 months. but now after moon soon rains all tube wells are going good.

g-10,g-11,f-10,f-11 gets water from sangjani water plant besides having own tube wells so water prob is not a major issue in most of the sectors of islamabad. Acute water shortage only hit islamabad this time because of no rains for long time or else its not a permanent problem.

i am sorry sir i wont be able to help u with that. plz visit that place and meet property dealers they will help u in all possible ways.

i think u should also consider g-11 in this budget,as g-11 is even more better than g-10
