Bahria. BT prices gone up so I doubt you will get the deal. This price hike has no reason behind, I believe it's all manipulated by dealers in Pindi. Buy directly from seller and you could get a good deal. You will be only able to get 10 Marla in this price. If you could live in phase-8, you could get possession ready 1 kanal at that price. A really good location 1 kanal plot is being sold in overseas enclave, asking is 42 laca. Might get it for 39-40. I am not a dealer and have no vested interest.
I am also looking for one in overseas but my budget is quite low.
