One of my Friend recently Came from Pakistan, He went arround to Buy a Safari Villas, But He described Though area is very well Populated but the Condition of Most Of Villas were not Good there were many isses in Most Villas and Many people had To Opt For repairs etc even after 3,4 ys, Many From Outside were also Living great.
Can anybody share any issues regarding DHA 8 10 Merla Villas??

as far as i know the quality of both is same ... btw the quality is considred good according to pakistani standers... it really depends on the people living the house for 3-4 years! |

@JAWAB,8 M VILLA IS STILL IN VERY ECONOMICAL PRICE ONCE POSSESSION IS THERE VERY DIFFICULT TO GET THIS ON PRESENT RATE PRESENTLY MOST ECONOMICAL VILLA IN ISLAMABAD AND DEFINATELY IT WILL GAIN ON POSSESSION MAY BE AFTER 6 MONTHS |
