Bahria is built on a land filled area of river, although this filling was done a decade back. In most of the cases you have to make a concrete base to construct the house as the ground is not solid in majority of phase 3 and 4. In phases 2 and 5, its better but again, on the safer side, Bahria will ask most of the builders to construct a concrete base so the house may not go in depression later on.
@DHAI I don't know what have u visited but DHAI 2 is quite good and offers good living conditions. Agree that bahria has better services but I would compromise this for security of investment in long term.
U never know what can happen to bahria any time. Signals are coming as bahria has started load shedding too. So in future, who will u hold accountable if the maintenance is not done properly???
Bahria is FANCY, DHAI is reliable and secure
