I would appreciate expert opinion/discussion on zone 2 islamabad. What are some of the best options? Also, how would you rank the various sectors along the following:
a. Location/approach;
b. Safety of investment, personal safety and reliability of the society;
c. Living-wise in next 2 years; and
d. Investment/returns wise over the next 2 to 5 years.
Would appreciate an estimate of current prevailing prices also.
