I seek opinion from all: Is it advisable to purchase the file of Z block phase 8 in thee days? if yes, then Why? your reply will be a piece of guidance for me to make some decision. with regards to all.

Its not even clear where Z block will be. Does any one know where Z block will be situated?

Z block phase 8 DHA Lahore is located at least 2 KM off Burki Road along Khaira Distributory.
It is NOT connected to DHA proper phase 8. It's really surprising that people are willing to pay around 40 lacs for 1 kanal file and 24 lacs for 10 marla in Z block when they can get a much better located plot in phase 7.

People are crazy about phase-8 irrespect of the location of their plot & block. Many of them are ignorant about the best location of initial blocks of phase-8. Just see the map of phase-8 and review the location of A,B,C,D,E,F,G blocks !!!!!!!

Dear Z block thanx for giving sincere and thought provoking advice regarding Z block. But, I have tried my best to get some plot in phase 7 but the prices of this phase are increasing daily once you move out with money in ur hand for purchasing a plot at some good location. therefore I think it is better to spend 40 lac then spending 70 to 85 lacs.
