which blocks are good for NFC Lahore phase 2 for 10M or 1 Kanal and what is the avg price and is that price include development charges?
which option is good NFC-2, Fazaia, Chinarbagh?

The blocks closer to Multan road are better, as they will be closer to Bahria along the canal road as well.
NFC Phase 2 in my opinion is better as development work is in full flow and the price is still good, very soon it will go high as its location is better than Bahria. |

NFC Phase 2 is a good option for future investment. Plots near to Multan road, ABC and all plots on Main 150 Feet roads are good.
The prices will soon increase. Best time for investment. |
