I would appreciate a comparison of the best investment/living options in Zone 2 islamabad. How would the experts rank various sectors along the following:
Location;
Safety (personal and society delivering);
Living potential in 2 year timeframe; and
Best short to medium term investment (2 - 5 years).
Would appreciate all comments.

B-17 is the best future and price waise. Margala Avenue is under construction which will give easy access to Jinah Supper or Zone 1. |

E16/17 is not bad either but they don't have full Land Possession and unfortunately my own plot falls under that area. |
