it is very importnt matter for those who construct houses for sale in bahria town and also for general public keeping in iew there preferences and demands,

bahria town has fixed the allevation of houses for each block. this means that the outside elevation of houses in a particular block will be same and all houses will look alike. though you can change plan inside as per your will but outer look for all houses be same.
i just want to ask property experts that does that effect the contruction and sale of house business in bahria. and customers will be prefering the houses of same elevation. or this will have negative effect in th emarket.
as per bahria they have also fixed elevation in rawalpindi 2 years back and they are maintaining it.
please only serious concerned people comment on this.

it will have very good impact while all house will have the same level of each house. Otherwise every idiot makes his house higher then one already constructed in neighborhood and this way they have their entrance ramps coming in to road and give very poor appearance.

Dear abdul thamks for reply iam talking about front elevation not level of floor. Front alevation means design of house from the front. It is now fixed by bahria for every block.

This is totally irrational as the plot owners should have the option to design their dream house as per their will by maintaining the byelaws. It will surely have adverse market effect and I am sure BT will not stay longer with that stand.

I am constructing two 10 marla houses in BT at the moment & have not heard any such news!

Abdul replied on Wednesday, September 5, 2012 11:23 AM

I doubt it is possible Having similar elevation for individual ownership plot and if asked to do forcefully For sure this will have negative impact

it used to be like this bu Bahria bylaws changed. Anyone can have elevation of their own choice. If Bahria has reversed that decision then its NOT good for plot holder. This will discourage buyers to buy plot or even houses in Bahria. I think its more of a rumor.

Dear all i personaly visited the bahria town office and also met the desgn department head Mr. Amir in the bahria town office for this issue, they confirmed me that they have implemented this decision since last two to three months. i also checked they have posted the maps of each and every block with already decided elevation design in their office. anybody can check this in the bahria town office. the houses already approved maps before this decision will remain as it is

it is good to keep the block uniform. It is there in many areas of us

tzk replied on Friday, September 7, 2012 01:54 AM

please double i check i dont think it is the design. It is limiting the height and width of the building

I love to live in street with unifirm elevation, it will have positive effect, take the example of bahria homes, safari villas & defence villas. Bahria should impose same rule for kanal houses.

This is bad news. Consumers wants creative elevation for their home. I am also the builder in Bahria. i think this is timem to move out of bahria
